Timetable Communication to Students:

  •  Starting the afternoon of Thursday, Sept. 2nd, students who have a WRDSB student email account will be receiving a Welcome Email from their Period A, B, C and D teachers, respectively.  This email will include:
    • The Period of the course/class; Teacher’s name; Room of the class and Entry Door for the class.
  • For students  NEW TO THE WRDSB FOR 2021 and do not yet have access to your WRDSB email/accounts…
    • As SJAM staff may not be able to reach you via email on Thursday with startup/class information, we want to ensure you have an opportunity to pick up your schedules prior to opening day.  Any new WRDSB students (coming from out-of-board – any grade) are invited to visit SJAM’s main front entrance between 9am and 2pm on Friday, September 3rd to pick up your timetable and receive helpful startup info.  Please ensure you read instructions posted on the front doors and call into the school main office when you arrive to arrange pickup.  COVID safety protocols must be followed for all pickups (masking, social distancing, etc.).

      If New to WRDSB student can’t come to the school this Friday, there will also be an opportunity to pick up your schedule between 8:10 and 8:25 on Tuesday, Sept. 7th (grade 9 and 10 students) or Wednesday, Sept. 8th (grade 11 and 12 students) near the side cafeteria/guidance entrance doors (near Erbsville Road).
